How long does shipping take?
Most orders deliver in 5–12 business days from order date. Some products ship from international warehouses with longer transit times — the product page and your order confirmation will show the expected delivery window.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. US only.
Can I return an item?
Yes — 30 days from delivery for unused, unopened items. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you sell firearms?
No. We sell cleaning supplies and accessories only. We don't deal in firearms, ammunition, or anything regulated by the ATF.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email cleanboreco@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Online only.
How do I pick the right bore snake?
Match the snake to your barrel. A snake sized for 5.56 fits 5.56, .223, and .22 caliber rifles. A snake sized for 9mm fits 9mm, .38, and .357 pistols. Tighter is fine — looser won't pull fouling.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Most don't. Cleaning supplies are consumable — brushes wear out, snakes fray, patches get used. If a product fails on first use due to a defect, email us and we'll replace it.
Can I use a bronze brush on a chrome-lined barrel?
Yes. Bronze is softer than chrome and won't damage the lining. Avoid steel brushes on chrome bores.
