We want you happy with what you bought. If something's wrong, here's how it works.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused, unopened item for a full refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable). Items must be in original packaging and condition.

Items missing original packaging
Final-sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

How to start a return

Email cleanboreco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return address and instructions. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.

Refund processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and issue a refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing time varies — typically 3 to 10 days.
