We ship to the United States only.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment.

Shipping times

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Estimated delivery times to US addresses:

Standard: 5 to 12 business days from order
Express: 3 to 7 business days from order (where available)

Some products ship from international warehouses with longer transit times. The product page and your order confirmation will show the expected delivery window.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Undelivered packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery), we'll contact you to arrange a re-ship at your cost. If you'd rather cancel, we'll refund the product price minus original shipping.

Lost or stolen packages

We're not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If a package is lost in transit (not delivered), email us at cleanboreco@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
